Reservations
We accept bookings online, by telephone and in person. However, we advise booking in advance at all times to avoid disappointment. We will not accept responsibility for errors arising from booking requests. Please check your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it and please let us know if any of the details of your booking change so we can update your details
Booking Confirmation
Following your booking and confirmed deposit/balance payment you will receive a receipt confirming your payment. Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred at the park’s discretion. Please bring your booking receipt with you whilst you are on site. Any booking that has not had its balance paid by the due date will be cancelled with all monies already paid being forfeited.
Deposit
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking or payment in full if the due date has passed.
Balance
Outstanding balances are payable as per the table below. You will receive a reminder by email. Your balance can be paid online by following the link in your reminder e-mail or by calling 01751 417261
