We are now taking bookings for 2025 - please book in plenty of time for the bank holidays which usually fill quite quickly.

Caravan Park Details

  • Private parking ( 1 car at the side of your unit ) plus additional car park
  • Shower & toilet block with family rooms (to allow for cleaning we close the facilities from 11am - 1pm)
  • Utility room/laundry with coin operated washing machine/tumble dryer as well as a fridge/freezer and microwave
  • Ironing facilities (if you must!)
  • Refuse/recycling, water, chemical toilet disposal and motorhome emptying point
  • You are welcome to bring a well behaved dog with you so please let us know on booking.  Please plan on keeping your dog on a lead at all times on site, no exceptions.  More dogs by arrangement so please get in touch.  We provide a farm walk, dog wash area and dedicated dog waste bins for your use
  • Children welcome but please be aware that there is no playground on site
  • Private walk around the farm and headland. Extensive public footpaths including the Tabular Hills walk can be accessed from Hutton Le Hole itself
  • Located just south of Hutton Le Hole Village which has The Crown Pub and Restaurant, Forge Tearooms, The Barn Guest House and Tearoom, Ryedale Folk Museum, Car Park
  • Supermarkets and take-away food outlets in nearby Kirkbymoorside

New in 2023, fully equipped and built with luxury in mind. Each lodge has been set into the ground with a surrounding patio area allowing you to step straight in.


Our country lodges have a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms; a master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, family bathroom. Outside, the private patio area includes dining furniture and gas BBQ.

We do have a number of hardstanding pitches at an additional cost of £4 per pitch per night, min stay 2 nights.  Please specify when booking.
